its on 15th of june and not 7th of next month. this clause is applicable only if PAYMENT or CREDIT are MADE ON 31st mar

In this case payment was made on 31st March.Where no payment is made merely amount is credited on 31st March the last date for payment of TDS is 31st May, but where payment is made on 31st March the last date is 7th April. Where both payment and credit is made on 31st March the last date is 7th April.
