TDS on NRI professional fees

22 December 2009 Is it correct to take monthly average exchange rate while deducting tds on NRI Professional fees,where invoices are raised on different dates of a month.

Ex: Invoices are raised on 1st, 3rd, 7th of december whether we have to take exchange rates of 1st 3rd and 7th seperatly ?
