If any company is making payment to a non resident (advocate) in Europe amounting to 350 euro. i.e. Rs.22500/- for the purpose of renewal of Trademark. Whether there is a TDS liablity on the party making payment to Non-resident.

The entire service, namely registration of trade mark is to be rendered outside India. So, there is no income earned or deemed to have been earned in India. No WHT / TDS
