The maintenance service of our office Building is providing by an Association formed for that.(not mentioned in rent agreement).Is TDS is deductable on maintenance charges of office building Commercial use)?
The said Association is raising invoice along with photocopy of their vouchers. The expenses includes electricity charges(actual and supported by electricity company bill), night guard and sweepers salary and maintenance charges of lift etc. (we have not verified their Account for salary and maintenance charges actually they are making payment or not?) The Total yearly expenditure would be Rs.124000/- .

Can you explain me? The Association has submitted photocopy of payments made means they want to prove they are not making any profit,what ever they are receiving they are spending,please help me.
