Dear Experts,
A proprietary concern going to made the payment of 42000/- to hotel plzz let me know weather TDS is to be made or not if yes under which section 194c or 194I..

TDS u/s 194I is applicable on hotel rent if rent paid on regular basis not to occasional or casual basis.
