sir,
please tell me
a pertnership firm has taken a loan from bank as a business loan or other laon,
we are paying him interest on it, what tds would be deducted on interest paid to bank.if not deducted this expenses will be considered in income tax.

tds is not deducted on business loan if is taken from nationalised bank of NBFC
