Dear Friends Please tell me if a trust incurred advertisment Exp. without any contract agreement between both parties in such situation trust is liable to deduct TDS.

trusts are not exempted from TDS provisions. you need to deduct TDS if the payment is covered under the TDS provisions. Written agreement/contract is not required for 194C to trigger.
