I have prop. Ship Firm Rent Paid. Mr. A 50000, Mr.B 45000/- Mr. C 75000 or Mr. D. 60000/-
Total Rent Paid 230000/- please tale me laible TDS 194I yes or No.

Dear
The TDS is required to be deducted in case the rent paid or payable to a particular person during a financial year exceeds Rs. 1,80,000.
Hence you need not required to deduct TDS.
