Tds issue on salary

13 March 2015 let suppose salary of employee is rs.25000 p.m. and employer forget to deduct tds on salary and on the month of march it come to know that total avg tds become rs 30000 then whether tds will be deducted in month of march and how much?

13 March 2015 If it comes to knowledge in the month of march then entire tax liability needs to be deducted as TDS from March Salary.

14 March 2015 you have to deduct the tds in march -2015.

14 March 2015 but sir employee,s salary is rs. 25000 pm and tds become 30000 it means employee will get not salary and has to give 5000 extra to emplyer.??
