Hello Members,
I need your help!
An Assessee had filed his return without claiming Tds and there was tax payable on his return.
Now he got a notice from IT Dept for non paying tax.
Return was filled belated so what can we done in the case.
There is enough TDS for set off the tax amount.
Please advise.
