The Assessee has defaulted in the Deductee Codes for TDS, what would be the Statutory Implications & Consequences, which they would have to bear?

Can u please explain the type of default.
Is the PAN number is wromg, in such case revised the Return or TDS is not deducted, in such case need to make payment from his own pocket.
