dear sir, my house property is rented to a company on a monthly rent 22350 p.m.. That given property is on my mother name , whose return is not filled ,because her income is less than given slab rate.Whats the Attachment would be Sufficent to get Exemption under section 197. I have the Following Documents : 1.pan card 2.Lease agreement 3.TAn 4.FORM 13.(Which Schedule would be Fullfilled) (I dont HAve the copy of previous year Return of income).
