I have Deducted TDS on Salary @10%, but We Have Not PAN of the Deductee and as per deductee he applied for the PAN on 5th May'11, so my Question is that will I be defaulter for the deduction of TDS 10% instead of 20% (without PAN) or PAN no Application number will work.
