Tds deducted twice for the same bill shall we adjust in next bill while not deducting TDS ?

30 July 2012 No you cannot adjust excess tds deducted by you in the next bill, deductee can claim this amount as TDS, while filing his return.

30 July 2012 I have different opinion, it can be adjusted against the next bill. There are no issues.
