2) b party receive gold from a party
b= 100 grm balance gold
b given gold c for jewellery making
50 grm = Sunil Worker
50 grm = manoj worker

sir, how to deduct tds ?

27 April 2013 DON'T WORRY, BECAUSE , I HAVE A GENUINE SOLUTION OF YOUR PROBLEM , AS HERE, IN THIS CASE , PARTY 'A', WHO SUPPLY RAW MATERIALS ( GOLD ) TO PARTY 'B' ( WHO OWNS 2 LABOR WORKERS ) IS THE DEDUCTOR , & PARTY 'B' IS THE DEDUCTEE .
SO, AS AN EXAMPLE, IF PARTY 'B ' WANTS TO RECEIVE LABOR CHARGES OF RS 1,00,000/= ( GROSS VALUE ) FROM PARTY 'A' ,THEN, PARTY 'A' SHOULD DEDUCT 1% TDS ( AS PER SEC 194C IN YOUR CASE ) ON RS.100000/= ( i.e, rs. 1000/=) & BALANCE, RS 99,000/= SHOULD BE GIVEN TO PARTY 'B'

THANK YOU,
PALASH RAKSHIT.
