21 December 2011 My friend have Income from Rent and not filed his Retun in F.Y.2008.09 but TDS deducted about Rs 8000 in that Financial year. Can he claim his TDS. Please guide that it is to be claimed in F.Y.2008-09 or can be claimed in current year and what is the procedure.

21 December 2011 FY 2008-09 means AY 2009-10. So you cannot file return for the said period as the time limit was till 31.03.2011. Since the same has expired now there is no option to get back the refund.
