dear sir ! I am vikas I ask a query, commission given on goods sold thorough an employee who is paid salary on monthly basis and total commission the year is given on end of the year by the amount of rs. 185000 how the Tds will be computed and deducted. also tell me whether form 16 or 16a will be issued to him by the prop. firm
