I am running a building materials Trading firm.
Customers, either comes direcly to my shop or comes through the masons. In order to boost the sales I have introduced sales promotion scheme for masons in point basis on sales. An accumulation of points leads to different slabs and each slab has set with gift products viz, Washing machine, Dinner set, Laptop, etc. So I would like to know that whether TDS is applicable on the value of gifts which is distributed to the masons ?
