If amount is credited on 31.03.2011 what is the due date for payment of TDS to the credit of Government ? Is it April 30th or May 31st ? Kindly state the relevant source also.

Due date for depositing TDS related to March in case other than Sec 192(1A) is 30th April.Refer Notification 10/2010 in Income Tax website.
