A Pathology lab provides service on behalf of a hospital and hospital makes monthly payment to lab by deducting TDS @10% (194J).Further lab forward some of hospital's customer to another lab and deduct and make payment to that lab by deducting TDS @2% (194C).Is it correct ?????????

you should not take risk by showing payment to sub contractor
