my company closed now b'coz huge losed, but tds collected? this adjustment lose taken tds..... why i should pay tds? pls........ ans...

Dear 1st of all Your query is not clear.
If you are asking why you should pay TDS, remember you are not paying TDS out of your own pocket you are paying what you are collecting oe deduction on behalf of deductee. So in any case you have to pay TDS.

Not deducting TDS is a offence & not depositing it after deduction is a serious offence.
