What is the TDS rate on videography service to a business firm? Whether videography is covered under TDS ambit? If yes, what is the rate?

Yes, it is covered under TDS provisions. As in videography service it requried special skills that means this is kind of profession or technical expertise.
The Rate applicable is as per Sec 194J i.e. 10% as of now.
