we have a contract with the sub-contractor for labour supply and the sub-contractor pays the bonus and other retrench benefit and claim the same on reimbursement bill which was actually our liablity. so , i want to know whether we have to deduct TDS ON reimbusement bill claim by the sub-contractor ?

If he submitting a bill for reimbursement separatly duly supported by evidence of payment on your behalf, no TDS is required to be deducted.
