Dear, I have to remitt the TDS for the month of April-09 onwards. What is the allowable due date for remitt the same with interest for this FY.

tds must be deposited on or before 31.03.2010. similarly, tds return must be deposited on or before 15.06.2010. due date already gone i.e. 07.07.2009.

april 09 onwords you can deposit your TDS anytime within 31/03/10, kindly calculate interest @ 1%pm and pay tds.

Yes.need to deposit on or before 31.3.2010 and interest rate will be 1% per month or part of the month
