As per the new rules, from now on TDS will have to be paid electronically in Challan no 17 instead of Challan No. 281.
However, at present the NSDL site, thr which E-TDS payments are made have not come up with the New Challan 17 and also the time limit has been extended till July.
So. till July, payments can be made under Challan 281. As the new system has not been made functional.
