Mr Vineet why u deducted TDS as on 02/04/2009 why not as on 31.03.2009.becoz if exp has been provided ason 31 march then u may deposit TDs upto 31 May for same F.y in which u have provided for Exp. U have done mistake that u have u have deducted TDs as on 02/04/2009 and deosited in F.y 2009-10.Then ur Exp will be disalloed showing reason of non deduction of TDs. U may again deposit TDS For F.Y 2008-09 and Claim for previous deposit of TDS for f.Y 2009-10.
