We have started a Partnership firm during the F.Y.2011-12. It's Turnover is under Tax audit for the F.Y 2011-12. There are some TDS payments not yet paid,and IT return was also not yet filed for the F.Y 2011-12. Now we are ready to file the IT return. But I am asking all, Is there any exemption for TDS payments for first year.

Sir, there is no exemption for payment of TDS which is deducted from the customer/clients has to be deposited with department with interest till paid
