No sir. In my office they are filed a TDS return . They are paying TDS amount in government accont know that's y I ask u this question. Note; sorry sir really iam In new of this section. So I need clear explanation. Normally if we are deducting TDS means then next we have to deposite the TDS money into government account know sir.
