My question is
Whether TDS is applicable, if the company purchased cloth from a person and gave him order (to same person from whom cloth is purchased) to stitch cloths for employees.
Further, Where bill include cloth & stitching charges then on which amount TDS is to be deducted

Yes, you should deduct TDS under section 194C and TDS would be deduct on the total value of invoice provided that amount should not less than Rs 30000.
