one of my client have engaged in the business TV channel and news paper, i m confused in which section i have to deduct tds on the following services:- 1.channel hiring charges 2.channel placement charges 3.server and domain charges 4.channel teleport charges
please also provide me the link of the relevant case law as well if possible. thanks in advance
