Sir A PVT LTD COMPANY Which has Mining Business they will pay TCS to the Government whether it should be under the head of CURRENT ASSETS or Administrative Expenditure?

Dear Balesh First you Clear that TCS and TDS is Ur Liability and you pay this once against collected from ur Customer(TCS) and Debtors(TDS)for which it applicable. Is it clear?
