We have done registration for our Trust, which is non profit organization, We have the following queries.
1. Whether PAN is mandatory
2. 12A Registration is must

12 A registration is not mandatory. However PAN is applicable,
where the income exceed the minimum limit , assesee has to furnish the return u/s 139.
