can a husband (assessee) may claim as a tenant of his wife

IS it residential property or the commercial property.
If commercial property then no problem make a rent deed and charge rent not more than market rent.
If residential property then pls avoid such nature of tranx as it is difficult to explain these transactions as bonafide if the case is selected as scrutiny.
