28 October 2014 what will b tax liability for gross receipt 15 lac under rent from immovable property . can we claim any abatement return have been filling for 3rd time

29 October 2014 Service tax and IT both are applicable.If any maintenance is done to the immovable property in a year,and the service providers have collected any ST in their bills,that can be claimed as ST input for reducing the ST payable amount.For IT also,such expenses and -for both- any property tax paid to local/urban corporation can be claimed as exemption.....mjk
