Dear experts,
during close of books i have deducted tds from expenses which i have booked as a provission.auditor has raised the question that there was no tds liability if you are booking expenses a provission.
Please sugest

Hello
The liability of tds raise booked the expenses or payment is made whichever is earlier. The provision of expenses has to liable to be deducted Tds becouse provision mean the expenses has been pertaining to particular finacial year.
