31 May 2008 i received expert's answer as deduction of tds to be made on basis of bill wise

but i have seen shared file where it is mentioned that TDS deduction to be made P.A . basis

what is final conclusion ????

02 June 2008 I think ur ques is whether TDS to be deducted on annual basis or Individual Bill wise

If It is than TDS to be deducted when credit or payment whichever is earlier
So it means when you give credit for a particular bill TDS need to be deducted on total amount
