i want to ask that my client is paying excise duty to one party say X, who pay the same to govt. on my client behalf. my client also pay handling charges and office repair & maintenance to X. IS tds is applicable on such expenses. X is sri laxmi venkateshwara enterprises.

Yes under 194C and for payment of Excise, you have check 194J or what.
