Dear Experts,

We are Running a multi-speciality Hospital, We entered a Service contract with Some Lab and CT Scan Service Providers and giving some samples to other lab Collecting Reports from them and paying cheques after monthly bills. Please give the Clarification 1. Can i consider this Service as Professional Service ( TDS-194j) or Sub Contract ( TDS-194C ) ??
