I HAVE JOIN NEW COMPANY .IN THIS COMPANY A NEW RULE THAT IF YOU HAVE ONE DAY ABSENT IN WEEK .SUNDAY IS NOT ALLOWED IF YOUR LEAVE IS NOT PENDING. MEANS ON ONE ABSENT YOUR TWO DAY DEDUCTED FROM SALARY(SUNDAY & LEAVE)
SO THAT I REQUEST YOU TELL ME ANY RULE LIKE THIS FROM GOVERNMENT SIDE
generally leave is taken continuously covering weekends, like friday and also on monday, then salary will be deducted for those days also. it is generally policy of the company
