I haven't submitted Insurance receipt & home loan interest certificate to my employer in my previous declaration so my employer haven't consider the investments and paid tax on my behalf, but now how do i submit the proof to income tax department while filing my returns, then only i can get the refund amount. please help

You can go ahead and file return by claiming deduction. You will get the refund. If your file selected for scrutiny then you can always submit the proof. So dont wory just go ahead and file your return.

You need not submit it to your employer but you have to claim the deduction in your income Tax return which enable you to get the refund and if you have any other income other than salary say Interest from FD then the excess deduction will be adjusted against the tax liability. If you have no other income than you will get the refund after adjustment of your tax liability.
