Sir i want to know that what is the status of ICAI as per income tax act?
Can i get the PAN CARD of icai?

Dear sir ,
icai is a automonous body governed by chartered accountants act 1949 and set up under act of parliament ..... So it will be treated as Artificial Judicial Person .... It is not coming under any of the category except the last one There are 7 CATEGORY of persons ....
