30 March 2010 The Exemption Notification says that upto the turnover of Rs. 150 Lacs, registration is not required. If the Unit is already registered & its turnover has not exceeded Rs. 150 Lacs, is it still eligible for duty exemption?

As far as I know, SSI Unit is not required to do ARE1 & Bond formalities at the time of export. Is it the case even at the time of factory-stuffing of container for export.
