As without income I deduct tds on money given to contract .whether it create problem in itr ?

27 October 2016 Its not clear whether you have purchased a property or got it constructed through a contractor.
If you have deducted TDS, i hope you have deposited using the correct challan Form 26QB and generated and issued the TDS Certificate to the seller/developer.
There is nothing to worry even if you have no income.

28 October 2016 Hi Anand,
I purchased under constructed property.we have to pay down payment.m Y husband has paid money from his account but as owner are we both so tds has been deducted from both account as we gave correct challan .The issue is as right now my income is zero so whether in future it will create problem in itr that as I don't have income how I paid such a huge amount .

09 November 2016 No don't worry about that. Even if your husband has paid on your behalf against your PAN there should not be a problem.
