A CA in practice or otherwise can sign financial projecions of a trading concern for bank finance purpose?
If so what are the consequenses?

A CA cannot certify the financial projection because all projections are unreal figures as CA certifies the actual figures. In the project report the CA can state as under:
"We have or I have prepared the projection based on the pas financial performance of the company or firm and in my opinion the projection are appropriate to the best of my / our know ledge." He cannot say that is is true and correct
