12 October 2020 Can audit report on standalone and consolidated financial statements be signed on different date??

Please someone guide me. I need answer on urgent basis.

13 October 2020 Yes, ...but but make sure that CFS Signing date not before standalone's Signing.

13 October 2020 Thank you sir for your early reply...Sir, one more question..Whether Board required to pass two resolution for two seperated books one for standalone FS another for consolidated FS and then they provide for audit.
