Please advise me that how to write a letter to Income tax Department that i am in process of filling appeals. if show cause receive two days back.

Just mention that you have appealed against the additions made by the A. O. with the CIT(A) and request to keep the penalty proceedings in abeyance till the time of disposal of appeal by the CIT(A).
