Weather short deduction of TDS on salary u/s 192, is liable to pay short fall amont With 1% interest or not, plz clarify....

Yes. You are required to pay short deduction amount along with interest on short deduction of TDS. Also revise the return after payment.

Sir, many tax experts beliave that no need to pay short fall amount with interest u/s 192 that means TDS on estimated income, plzz clarify..

At the end of the year, it is not estimated income, so TDS remitted for March month shall cover the complete amount
