Please advise us on taxation part on comprehensive Computer AMC in mumbai-maharashtra.

15 October 2014 comprehensive AMC is a transaction covered under Works contract under both the statute i.e. VAT and Service Tax.
You can discharge VAT on account of Material consumed and accordingly invoicing to customer and service tax on the balance portion of total consideration but if you can't maintain such type of separate invoicing / books, than you have to discharge both VAT & Service Tax by claiming deductions prescribed under respective Statute.
