Is it required to pay Service Tax on payment made to a foreign Advocate to represent the company case in other countries and also payment made in foreign currency to the credit of Advocate/Lawyers forum bank account directly

Service tax under legal services with respect to imported service is payable if receipient is located in India. Hence it is taxable in your case.
