Dear Sir,
What is the service tax should follow after the current budget and for Negative list and reverse charge how to pay tax rate 12.36% as per the new amendments.
As a receiver How to follow the rates @ 12.36%
1.GTA-30% or 25%
2.Manpower Agency 100% (Individual)75% or 100%
3.lawyer fees 100% (Individual)
4. Rent a Cab 100% ( Individual)
